School Rules – Mahaveer Global School, Utai

To ensure a disciplined, respectful, and academically focused environment, Mahaveer Global School expects all students, parents, and staff to follow the rules outlined below:


General Conduct

  1. Students must maintain discipline, good behavior, and a positive attitude in the school premises.

  2. Use of abusive language, bullying, teasing, or physical fights will result in strict disciplinary action.

  3. Respect for teachers, staff, fellow students, and school property is mandatory.


Attendance & Punctuality

  1. Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in the final examination.

  2. Students must report to school at least 10 minutes before the assembly.

  3. Late arrivals, early departures, or frequent absenteeism must be justified with a written application signed by parents.

  4. Leave of absence for more than 3 days requires prior approval from the principal.


Uniform & Appearance

  1. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and school functions.

  2. Uniform must be clean, well-ironed, and properly maintained.

  3. Boys must maintain a neat haircut; girls should tie their hair neatly (preferably with black ribbons or bands).

  4. Wearing of fancy jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or tattoos is strictly prohibited.


Discipline & Behavior

  1. Mobile phones, smartwatches, and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited on campus.

  2. Damaging school property, scribbling on walls/desks, or bringing objectionable materials will lead to fines or suspension.

  3. Students must follow classroom decorum, avoid unnecessary noise, and obey teacher instructions at all times.


Academic Responsibilities

  1. Homework, assignments, and projects must be submitted on time.

  2. Cheating or malpractice during tests/exams will result in cancellation of the paper or further action.

  3. Students must bring books and notebooks as per the timetable daily.


Use of Facilities

  1. Library books must be handled with care and returned within the due date.

  2. Sports equipment and lab materials must be used responsibly under supervision.

  3. Students must help keep the school clean and not litter on the campus.


Parental Involvement

  1. Parents should attend all PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and monitor the academic progress of their children.

  2. Communication with teachers should be done through school channels or by appointment.
