At Mahaveer Global School, we welcome all parents and students who value quality education, discipline, and holistic growth. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to ensure the right fit between the student and the school’s academic environment.
Parents/guardians can:
Visit the school campus during working hours to understand the facilities and academic structure.
Get a briefing from the admissions counselor about the curriculum, co-curricular activities, transport, and fee structure.
Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the school’s official website.
Fill out the form with accurate details and attach the required documents.
Birth Certificate (mandatory for Nursery to Grade I)
Aadhar Card of the student
4 Passport-size photographs of the student
2 Passport-size photographs of each parent
Previous year’s report card (for Grade II and above)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
Medical Fitness Certificate (optional but recommended)
For Nursery to Grade I, a casual interaction with the child and parents is conducted.
For Grade II and above, a written entrance test is administered to assess basic competencies in English, Mathematics, and General Science.
Students qualifying the test are called for a follow-up interaction (if needed).
Shortlisted students will receive an admission offer.
Parents must submit original documents (like TC and report card) and pay the admission & first term fee within the given deadline.
A receipt and admission confirmation slip will be issued.
A formal orientation session is conducted before the new session begins.
Parents and students are introduced to school rules, academic calendar, uniform code, and communication procedures.
The school academic year begins in April and ends in March.
Admissions are open from January to July each year, subject to seat availability.
